  i was baptized at 14 and finally had enough at 50 years old.

  i tried my best but being in jehovah land you are never good enough.

  i'll be honest in rating myself: from a low score of 1-10.. donations: 2.....donated around $80 a year...our kingdom hall paid for too many remodels and always paid for c.o.

  married at 20--usual reason--to have intercourse.

  I'm so glad I left before that was an issue for me. The idea of no sex before marriage is dangerous as it leads to mistakes like that, not that being in the religion would have stopped me doing it

  some doubt about the bible completely, some partially.

  what if the bible turns out to be a product of humans, nothing divine.

  would you still believe in a creator?.

  Not if God created time.

  What a nonsensical idea. Creation is an action that requires time in which to occur. I.e. It's an act that occurs within time. For god to commit the cause-effect act of creating time, he would need to exist within a time dimension of his own. It's like saying glass was invented by a window, it's meaningless and in your case useless as it's also totally unscriptural. The idea of something existing outside of time is square-shaped circle-level meaningless. Existence requires time

  So again, what caused god? There's no sane way of ducking that question, not that sanity has much involvement in Christian apologetics mind you

  All things based in the dimension we characterize as "time", have a beginning (Cause and Effect) . It is impossible otherwise.

  Then something must have caused god, it's impossible otherwise, right?

  heard much lately, about the fukushima nuclear disaster in japan?.

  that is until earlier today when i found this article from last year, with dr. helen caldicott discussing the chernobyl disaster and fukushima.

  Born-in, never would have joined freely, never baptised, never donated, never truly believed, hated the society, hated meetings, hated ministry, hated studying, hated all of the lingo, did all of the things they don't want you to do, left in my teens, never looked back

  I believe there is a creator, as I think that design of a living thing is too complex to just have started.

  Google the following: god of the gaps, argument from ignorance, logical fallacies, the watchmaker argument, abiogenesis, evolution, how complexity arises, and the scientific method
